Tutta Regalita Network LLC SMS Notification Program

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By providing your mobile phone number to Tutta Regalita Network LLC 

and consenting to receive SMS notifications — either verbally or by 

signing the TRN Resident Intake Agreement — you agree to these Terms 

of Service. If you do not agree, please notify TRN staff immediately 

so your number can be removed from our notification system.

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Tutta Regalita Network LLC operates an SMS notification program to 

support residents of our transitional housing facility located at 

1805 E Mia Ln, Gilbert, AZ 85298. The program sends automated text 

messages to enrolled residents including:

- Morning medication reminders (sent at approximately 8:00 AM)

- Midday medication reminders (sent at approximately 12:00 PM where applicable)

- Evening medication reminders (sent at approximately 8:00 PM)

- Class day reminders indicating location and expectations

- Facility announcements and program updates

3. ENROLLMENT

Residents are enrolled in the SMS program upon admission to TRN through 

one of the following methods:

- Verbal consent provided to TRN staff at intake

- Written consent provided by signing the TRN Resident Intake Agreement

Enrollment requires a valid U.S. mobile phone number capable of receiving 

SMS messages.

4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on each resident's medication schedule 

and program participation. Residents may receive up to 3 messages per 

day for medication reminders and up to 1 message per day for class 

reminders on applicable days. Total messages will not exceed 5 per day 

under normal program operations.

5. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages received 

through this program. TRN is not responsible for any charges incurred 

by your mobile carrier. Please contact your mobile carrier if you have 

questions about your messaging plan.

6. OPT-OUT

You may opt out of TRN SMS notifications at any time by:

- Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from TRN

- Contacting TRN staff directly at (602) 473-0339

- Notifying TRN staff in person

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. 

No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. Opting out 

of SMS notifications does not affect your residency or participation 

in the TRN program.

8. PROGRAM CHANGES

TRN reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS notification 

program at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled 

residents of any significant changes to the program.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TRN SMS notifications are reminders only and do not replace the 

responsibility of each resident to manage their own medications and 

program participation. TRN is not liable for any missed medications, 

appointments, or classes resulting from failure to receive an SMS 

notification due to technical issues, carrier delays, or any other 

cause beyond our control.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. 

Any disputes arising from participation in the TRN SMS program shall be 

resolved in accordance with applicable Arizona law.
